Teacher effectiveness is one of the most important factors determining the quality of education provided at Shining Stars Community School. Teachers are not only responsible for delivering the curriculum but also for guiding learners academically, socially, morally, and personally. Their effectiveness can therefore be assessed by examining their lesson preparation, classroom teaching, learner engagement, assessment practices, discipline, professional commitment, individual learner support, and contribution to overall school performance.

The Need for Sponsorship at Shining Stars Community School

The support currently available is limited and largely dependent on local resources. There are still pupils who need sponsorship, yet there has not been an opportunity to connect them with sponsors from outside the church and the local community. This creates a gap between the number of children who need assistance and the resources currently available to support them.
